If you need to print additional free shipping labels, please sign in and access free shipping labels under "Shipping Label" on your "My Account" page only for the quotes given by our customer service. Please be sure to include a copy of the email with the quote.

For quotes given by our web site
If you need to print shipping labels for a recent buyback, please sign in and go to Sales Orders under "My Account" pages, and click on the Order Number and you will have access to the link that will let you print the shipping label.

If you received a quote for buyback and don't have an account with us, you need to register your profile into our system and get a free shipping label. Registering will allow us to verify your order and send you a check within 24 hours after receiving your package. After the registration process is complete, you will be taken to "My Account" page where you can access free shipping label by clicking on "Print Shipping Label" under 'Shipping Label'.

Please Note: We do not ask for your financial information when you sell your books. You can use the same e-mail and password used when registering to buy books from etextshop.com. Your financial information is only required when you purchase books from etextshop.com.
