Shipping Policy

All book orders received before 1PM Mountain Standard Time Monday through Friday will be shipped the same day. All orders being shipped from our partner locations through out the United States will be shipped out within 48 hours after order is made on our site. We ship from multiple locations to insure our book orders arrive in a timely manner.

We offer several methods of shipping including UPS Standard Shipping. Priority 2-3 day mail. UPS select ground service, UPS 2 day service and UPS overnight service. Our rate calculator will give you a combined quote on your book cost and shipping cost together so you can make the right selection for shipping that suits your needs.

Returns Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it within 14 days for a refund minus the cost of shipping and handling. We have two locations for returns so please take note of the address on your invoice and return books to proper location to insure a timely refund. Books being returned to etextshop.com facility in Ogden, Utah can be shipped using our Media Mail Merchandise Return Label. Please include invoice with return.
